Shipping, Order, & Return Policy

  1. Orders & Shipping: Once an order is submitted, we cannot change, delete or add any items to the order. This is done to avoid mistakes and to have the order processed as quickly as possible. However, if an item is out of stock, we will contact you to notify you of a replacement. Please note that we try to process and ship all orders within 7 days however, there are times when this cannot be achieved for various reasons, i.e. not enough time to set up the order or too many items. We always try our best to serve you.

  2. Credit Card Orders: We may contact you if the amount is reasonably high or the billing and shipping addresses are different. We may request a copy of some form of identification (such as a driver's license or credit card) to be faxed or emailed to us. This is done for your protection and to avoid fraud. Fraud is a prevalent problem today, but we are committed to ensuring your protection. Please note all shipments leave our premises with a signature required. If this is not acceptable for you please indicate that on "additional shipping instructions" when checking out.

  3. Returns: All purchases on Pure Krush products are final; we cannot credit, refund or exchange these items due to the nature of the product. Please note if an error occurs on our part, we will gladly correct our error. If any errors or shortages occur on our part, you have 48 hours from the reception of your order to contact us so we may correct the situation. Any claims made after that will be denied, so please inspect your package carefully upon receipt. If an error or shortage does occur, we will correct it immediately. No unauthorized returns will be accepted or credited.

  4. Freight Damage: A claim of freight damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. The claim must be made to the freight carrier and to Pure Krush. We guarantee that all products leave our warehouse packed safely. However, damages do occasionally happen during transit.

  5. Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices in effect at the time of shipment shall apply.

  6. Errors: Every effort is made for this website to be completely accurate. However, an occasional error may occur. Therefore, we reserve the right to bill at corrected prices.

  7. Altered Products: Pure Krush is not responsible for the products you create from our supplies. You alone are responsible for product and recipe testing to ensure compatibility, safety, and desired outcome.

  8. Liability: By using our products, you accept all liability for your finished product.

  9. Customer Handling: By using our products, you accept responsibility and liability for the handling of all material.

Privacy Policy

Privacy Statement:

  1. Pure Krush respect your privacy and we are committed to protecting your personal information. Our privacy policy outlines our approach to privacy and how we collect, use and protect your personal information. It also sets out your rights in relation to accessing the personal information we collect and hold about you.

This Terms of Use Agreement sets forth the standards of use of the Pure Krush Inc Online Service. By using the www.purekrush.com website you agree to these terms and conditions.
